1) What aspect of the internship experience added to your personal development?
The main aspect of my internship that added to my personal development would be learning about the different parts that make up a successful business. Also, how they all work in harmony to make the process run smoothly.
2) What experiences on the job have related to your academic studies?
The main experiences on the job that have related to my academic studies would have to be the sales and marketing. The fact that I have actually sold things for class at Tiffin University allowed me to have a little bit of experience going into my internship.
3) What was the quality of supervision and communication with your supervisor?
I was fortunate enough to have a supervisor who strongly believes in helping young people learn about business and was very willing and patient when teaching me. His office was right next to mine, and I never felt uncomfortable about going and asking him questions. I enjoyed conversations with my boss, Brian Frisby.
4) How has the internship influenced your career objectives?
The internship has influenced my career objectives because that is where I am going to start my career. I am going to start at 21st century vitamins, where my internship was.
5) If other students were considering this job, what advice would you pass on to them about this position?
The advice I would give the other students would be to listen to your supervisors and learn from them because of their experience.
